At SageRunner, every order is prepared with care and shipped from our home base in Texas.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders placed during product launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure every order is handled properly.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Most domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

SageRunner is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, SageRunner cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Lost or Damaged Packages

SageRunner is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist however possible.
